General Pest Control

  • Can I spray and get rid of my pest problem on my own?

Home owners can only purchase " box store chemicals" that are not set up for specific targets all year round. Also, most homeowners are busy and have a hard time scheduling the time to do their next application and where and how to apply it.

  • Why should I hire a professional pest control service?

Our lead specialist has practiced integrated pest management (IPM) for over 25 years. We promise to provide safe, controlled and environmentally friendly extermination services. Customer satisfaction guarantees on all contracted services. Free bids on services and no charges on call-backs. If we've treated your property and the problem persists, we'll come back for free.

  • Is this safe for my family and pets?

Yes, we use IPM (Integrated Pest Management) which is a safe, controlled, and environmentally friendly way to exterminate.

Spider Treatment

  • Are spider bites dangerous?

Most spiders are not poisonous and have fangs that are too small to penetrate human skin. However there are a handful that are highly poisonous, most common in SC are brown recluse and black widow spiders. If bitten by one of these, seek immediate medical treatment.

  • How do I keep spiders out of my home?

Get rid of the food source first. Once the food source has been taken care of, they will not pop up around your home as much. You can also make sure the home is thoroughly sealed around doors and windows as well as checking for spider webs, especially in dark, out of the way places like garages, porches, carports, and crawl spaces.

Bed Bugs treatment

  • What are bed bugs?

Bed bugs are small, flat, parasitic insects that feed solely on the blood of people and animals while they sleep. Bed bugs are reddish-brown in color, wingless, very small (roughly the size of Lincoln's head on a penny), and can live several months without a blood meal.

  • Do I have to leave my home when you provide bed bug treatment?

Yes, bed bugs are treated chemically since heat treatment is not as effective. The treatment has a strong smell so you will want to air out the house as well.

  • Do you have to come out more than once for bed bug treatment?

We come out for 3 separate treatments. For each treatment we use a different chemical so the bugs don't build a resistance. Anything that survives the first treatment is automatically resistant to that chemical, and their offspring is as well. This is why we need to rotate treatments.

  • How can I prevent bed bugs?

While we are doing this treatment, We ask that you take all clothing, towels, linens, etc. to the laundromat at the same time. They need to be washed on the hottest cycle and then dried twice on the hottest cycle. Laundromats can reach a higher temperature than residential washers and dryers, so they're more effective.W e also recommend getting rid of box springs on mattresses, since bed bugs burrow to the middle of the mattress.
